About Tailored-CV

Tailored-CV started with a frustration we all shared: every job posting wants a slightly different version of you, and the tools meant to help flatten your voice into the same generic, keyword-stuffed paragraph. We wanted the opposite - a coach that helps you say what you actually did, sharper, for the role in front of you.

What we believe

• You should sound like yourself - the product proposes, you decide.
• ATS-safe shouldn't mean robotic. Clean structure and real language can coexist.
• Your data is yours. Export everything, anytime. Training is opt-in.
• A job search is a pipeline, not a single document - so we track the whole thing.

Who's behind it

We're a small team of ex-designers and engineers from Stripe and Linear, building out of Brooklyn. We've sat on both sides of the hiring table, and we're building the tool we wished we'd had during our own searches.
