Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tailored-CV application and related services (the "Service") provided by RakTiak, a sole proprietorship registered in France (SIREN 941 238 685, RCS Bobigny) ("Tailored-CV"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your content.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Suggestions and accuracy

Tailored-CV offers automated suggestions to help you edit your resume. These are recommendations, not guarantees of any outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every change before you use a resume.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tailored-CV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
