What PM recruiters look for
- Metrics moved - activation, retention, revenue, NPS.
- Ownership of a real product area, end to end.
- Cross-functional leadership - eng, design, data, GTM - without authority.
- Evidence of prioritization and discovery, not just delivery.
Key skills and keywords
Mirror the JD, but common terms: roadmap, discovery, A/B testing, product strategy, stakeholder management, OKRs, user research, go-to-market, analytics (SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel), agile. Lead with outcomes; use these as supporting evidence.
